Ingredients for marinade
- 60g fat free Greek yogurt
- 20ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
12g olive oil
- 5 crushed garlic cloves
- 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp thyme
Method
- Mix all the marinade ingredients.
- Cut the chicken breast into roughly 1.5 cm cubes, and mix in the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, but best overnight.

- Grill until cooked through.
Quick tip: if you’re using wooden skewers, soak the skewers in water for 30 mins or cover the ends in foil.
