What were your greatest frustrations before your started working with Myolean Fitness?

Not knowing what was effective (diet AND exercise) and how much I could ‘cheat’.

What has your experience been working with us?

Nothing short of fantastic! Amazing results and superb customer service.

What did your training and nutrition look like?

Training was quite balanced and consisted of various compound movements, split between upper and lower days, 4 days per week. My coach, Antonis, helped to omit certain exercises I don’t enjoy or feel comfortable with, while including those that I do. The workouts were challenging, but enjoyable and I was able to perform them at a pace I was comfortable with.

Nutrition was equally balanced, with 4 meals per day of approximately the same caloric intake and macronutrients. Antonis worked with me to include foods that I like and, given their relatively similar macronutrient breakdown, many of them were interchangeable. This gave me the flexibility to select what I wanted to eat, depending on what I was in the mood for.

What do you like most about the plan you signed up for?


How does the plan you’ve signed up for compare to other ones you’ve tried?

Quite simply: It works! No pseudo-scientific nonsense.

What have been your greatest achievements on the plan so far?

In 9 weeks, I’ve lost over 10lbs! My strength has not deteriorated, but my appearance has greatly improved.

Would you recommend this plan to others? If so, why?

Absolutely! It’s flexible to YOUR needs and goals. Best of all, it’s sustainable!
